Complete Home Renovations

Since we founded the company, one of our key objectives was to redeem and renovate the near east side of Indianapolis.  We do this by renovating entire homes.  In doing this work, we have developed and accumulated expertise in the following areas:

• Vision and design:  More Than Carpenters, Inc. has become very talented at finding and utilizing space as well as creating open concept living areas.  
• Drawings and Permits:  We work with you to create reality from your vision and document that in tangible drawings, following all local building codes and permit processes.
• Project Communication:  We have several project managers who are dedicated to communicating with you throughout the process to ensure your involvement throughout the process.
• Execution:  More Than Carpenters, Inc. is committed to excellence and the finished product.  Our desire is to make beautiful the things that we need and use every day.

More Than Carpenters is also committed to following the local codes and laws.  With that in mind we are licensed, insured and bonded making sure that we are minimizing any risk to your assets during the course of the renovation project.

"I recently had my kitchen renovated.  The cabinets were ordered through Lowe's and the contractors, More Than Carpenters, were recommended by Lowe's.  I had three pre-construction meetings with Geoff and David Sanning in which we discussed the scope and timing of the project.  When the project commenced, it proceeded very smoothing from the construction stand point.  The "crew" consisted of Geoff, David, and Jorge.  They texted me each morning when they were on their way.  They covered the floor in the kitchen with protective paper and sealed off the kitchen from the rest of the house with zippered plastic doorways.  At the end of the day, they swept and organized their materials so that I had access to the refrigerator.  The finished product is amazing!  The attention to detail and workmanship of Geoff, David, and Jorge produced a gorgeous result.  I highly recommend More Than Carpenters for any renovation project.  They are honest, trustworthy, professional, and hardworking and provide exceptional workmanship."
